about me

As an IT Support Engineer at iwoca, a leading fintech company, I have gained over 5+ years of experience
implementing and supporting SaaS products, managing iwoca's macOS, Windows, Linux and ChromeOS fleet.
Also, providing technical assistance to over 500 staff across four international offices.

I have successfully onboarded hundreds of new employees, hosted daily IT drop-in sessions, and delivered
training and testing for company-wide installation rollouts. I have also contributed to improvement
projects for iwoca's systems and hardware, such as implementing an open-source asset management system.
I was part of the ISO 27001 implementation team @iwoca, who helped
the company complete & maintain ISO 27001 standard.
